Note 2: Industrial X-ray digital real-time imaging is a new nondestructive testing technology. After 20 years of development, China's industrial X-ray digital real-time imaging detection technology has become increasingly mature, and its detection image quality can be comparable to that of film photography. It has the advantages of computer acquisition of detection information, computer image processing, real-time imaging, clear image, computer evaluation of detection results, storage of detection images on CD-ROM, low detection cost and so on, and has been more and more used in various fields of industry in China. In order to further promote the application of industrial X-ray real-time imaging nondestructive testing technology, with the approval of the secretariat of NDT Branch of China Society of Mechanical Engineering, the NDT Branch of Guangdong Society of Mechanical Engineering was authorized as a pilot unit for the training and assessment of secondary personnel of industrial X-ray real-time imaging testing technology. Non-destructive testing branch of Guangdong Mechanical Engineering Society successfully held the first second-level training course and examination class of industrial X-ray real-time imaging detection technology in Guangzhou in June 2007, and the second-level training course and examination class of industrial X-ray real-time imaging detection technology were jointly held by Guangdong Mechanical Engineering Society and Jiangsu Mechanical Engineering Society in Wuxi, Jiangsu Province in June 2008. Those who pass the theoretical examination and practical operation examination will be awarded the RRTI-2 level X-ray detection (special) qualification certificate by the NDT Branch of China Mechanical Engineering Society (note: RRTI is the English abbreviation of real-time radiation detection image, that is, X-ray real-time imaging detection). The training course uses the second-level training materials of NDT Sub-branch of China Mechanical Engineering Society and the "Training Lectures for Industrial X-ray Real-time Imaging Testing Technology" edited by Zeng and Xia, with Zeng and Xia as the main speakers.

2. The method of running classes after leaving the factory

In order to meet the production needs of some enterprises, the nondestructive testing branch of Guangdong Mechanical Engineering Society has repeatedly taken service measures of training and assessment in different places for enterprises with a certain number of trainees but no time to participate in centralized training and assessment. [1] The training and forensics courses of various methods listed in the plan will depend on the number of applicants and whether the courses can be started as scheduled. 1. The applicant must carefully fill in the application form for the qualification of nondestructive testing personnel uniformly printed by the NDT Branch of China Mechanical Engineering Society in duplicate (see the attachment), and affix the official seal of the unit and the seal of the medical institution * on the application form with the consent of the owner (or enterprise), four one-inch bareheaded photos, a copy of the ID card and a copy of the relevant 1 qualification certificate or academic certificate;

* According to GB/T 9445-2008/ISO 9712: 2005 "Qualification and Certification of Nondestructive Testing Personnel", the applicant should be stamped by the medical institution to confirm that his vision is qualified;

A) Whether corrected or not, the near vision of one eye or both eyes should be able to read Times New Roman 4.5 or letters of the same size at a distance of not less than 30cm (the vertical height of Times New Roman 4.5 points, each point is 1/72 inches or 0.3528 mm);

B) The applicant's color vision should be sufficient to distinguish the contrast between colors involved in relevant methods of nondestructive testing specified by the employer.

2. Application conditions:

A. Applicants for Grade II qualification should hold the 1 qualification certificate of corresponding method (regardless of industry system, a copy must be submitted). Without the corresponding method, 1 qualification certificate can directly apply for the second-level qualification, which requires college education (science and engineering major) and 1 year professional practical work experience, or undergraduate education and half-year professional practical work experience (education and unit certificate must be submitted), and other personnel must. Persons who already have the qualification certificate of industrial X-ray real-time imaging detection 1 or X-ray detection 1 can apply for industrial X-ray real-time imaging detection 2 (regardless of the industry system, a copy of the qualification certificate of 1 must be submitted);

B according to GB/t 9445-2008/iso 97 1 2: 2005, the minimum industrial practice experience for applying for UT, ET and RRTI majors is 3 months, and the minimum industrial practice experience for applying for MT and PT majors is1.

C after obtaining the qualification of 1, you must have at least practical work experience: UT-9 months, MT-3 months, PT-3 months, ET-9 months and RRTI-9 months.

3. The qualification certification of each method is divided into five categories according to the products tested: castings (iron and non-iron materials); Forgings (all types of forgings: iron and non-iron materials); Welds (all types of welds, including brazing, iron and non-iron materials, including flat products used for welding pipes); Pipes and pipes (seamless, welded, ferrous and non-ferrous materials); Profiles (plates, bars and strips) other than forgings;
