I. China Civil Aviation Flight Academy
Founded in 1956, China Civil Aviation Flight Academy is a full-time ordinary institution of higher learning directly under the Civil Aviation Administration of China, and a university jointly established by the Civil Aviation Administration of China and Sichuan Province. As the main university for training high-quality talents in China's civil aviation, after more than 60 years of construction and development, College has become the largest, most capable and highest-level institution for training professional civil aviation pilots in the world, enjoying a good reputation in China and having a high influence in the world's civil aviation industry.
Second, Sichuan Aerospace Vocational and Technical College
The College is located in Longquanyi, a state-level Chengdu Economic and Technological Development Zone with aerospace science and technology and automobile industry as its pillar industries, and has built a new campus in Guanghan, a famous cultural city in ancient Shu, forming a school-running pattern of "one school and two districts". Relying on superior space resources and inheriting excellent space culture, the College is listed as a national high-skilled personnel training base and a national high-skilled personnel training demonstration base.
Third, Chengdu Institute of Aviation Technology
Chengdu Aviation Vocational and Technical College (CAP) was founded in 1965. Its predecessor was the Southwest Desheng Intermediate Technical School of Aviation Industry during the "Third Line Construction" period. It has been renamed Long March Aviation Industry School and Chengdu Aviation Industry School. Formerly affiliated to the former Third Ministry of Machinery Industry and the Ministry of Aviation (Aerospace) Industry, it is now a public full-time general college organized by the Sichuan Provincial People's Government and directly under the Education Department.
