The administrative department of labor security believes that the employing unit has violated the laws, regulations or rules of labor security and needs to be investigated and dealt with, and shall promptly file a case.

The administrative department of labor security or the organization entrusted to carry out labor security supervision shall set up a mailbox and telephone for reporting and complaining.
