4.2.4 Inspection and confirmation of products after shutdown

When solving the original problem by changing the molding parameters of the machine, the inspector should reconfirm whether the quality of other inspection items changes suddenly, and whether each performance meets the requirements, such as whether the appearance of the product will affect the physical properties of the plastic, and whether the product will become brittle by heating up, so as to avoid new bad problems and mass quality accidents.
4.2.6 Inspection and confirmation of products during shift change.
During the shift change in the workshop, there are hidden quality problems in the machine production due to personnel changes, unconfirmed shift change time of newly changed materials, and the last patrol personnel forgot to completely hand over or other reasons. For the risks that may lead to mass quality accidents, the inspector of the next shift should not only strictly carry out the inspection, but also confirm the inspection form and self-inspection form of the previous shift, understand the use of materials, get familiar with the quality of the previous shift in time, and take measures to ensure timely response to changes that affect the process capacity.
4.3 Processing flow of defective products:

When the production is in urgent need, but the mold has problems, the process can not be corrected or the process control is negligent, the release audit process will be strictly implemented. If it can be released by concession after review, the workshop will apply for concession release, and after quality confirmation and superior audit, it will be submitted to the relevant leaders for approval, and the relevant leaders will implement the responsibilities and impose penalties. The quality inspection of the products to be processed that have not gone through the examination and approval procedures will not be released, and the warehouse management will not be put into storage or transferred.
Rework and retest
When the process control is negligent or the employees fail to process the products according to the inspection requirements, resulting in bad batches and need to be processed, the workshop will arrange the employees to rework the products outside normal working hours according to the management regulations of the injection workshop. After the rework is completed, the bill can be put into the warehouse, or the order can be changed after the inspector reinspects it.
4.3.3 Defect Treatment and Scrapping
The release of products shall comply with the relevant provisions of the review process. After the review, the products cannot be reused. If it is necessary to scrap or recycle the broken materials, the production workshop will apply, and the relevant leaders will sign for confirmation, and then the products can be scrapped or broken. 4.4 Process improvement:

10. The company indicated that personnel should weigh at least once every 2 hours, and the product box should be covered before weighing, which has passed the maintenance.
