Tong Shusheng's Major Achievements
Since 1994, he has starred in major ballets Swan Lake, anna karenine, Feng Xuan, La Traviata, Romeo and Juliet, Giselle, Nutcracker, Mei Lanfang, Turandot, Dancer and Don Quixote. He also starred in such ballet masterpieces as Butterfly Lovers, Yellow River, Calligraphy, Bakhtar, Sleeping Beauty and Pirates.

From 2000 to 2002, as a guest performer of Cincinnati Ballet, he starred in Don Quixote, Arabian Nights, Nutcracker, Modern Dance Fingerprint and balanchine's Square Dance.

In 2003, he starred in the dance drama Mei Lanfang. The dance drama won the third prize in the Third National Dance Drama Watching Competition and the first prize in the Guangzhou Literature and Art Award.

In 2004, he starred in "Butterfly Lovers" and won the bronze medal in the 4th China Dance Lotus Award.

From 2002 to 2005, he assisted foreign experts in rehearsing large-scale ballets such as Turandot, Dancer, Don Quixote, Cinderella and balanchine's Allegro Brilliant, Theme and Variations, and at the same time directed the troupe's many plays such as Swan Lake, Nutcracker, Yellow River and Butterfly Lovers.
