While developing and strengthening its own qualification construction, Zhongyuan Oilfield Training Center also pays attention to the construction of training soft environment, and creatively forms a training management system that runs through the whole training process, namely, training course development system, training project operation system and training evaluation system. The introduction of "three systems" has refined every step of training, standardized every link of the whole training process and provided technical support for training operation. Training materials are an important part of training infrastructure. Over the years, on the basis of extensive research, the center has organized and trained a group of teachers, workers, senior technicians, engineers and other professional and technical personnel with rich teaching experience and practical working ability in corresponding positions, and compiled six series of 29 categories of self-made teaching materials. The textbook breaks the traditional structural mode and adopts a "modular" structure. The modular components are integrated and can be flexibly combined to form a structure.

Since its establishment, Zhongyuan Oilfield Training Center has integrated excellent training resources and the best training team in the oilfield, and has advanced training theory and mature market operation mechanism and management system, enjoying a high reputation and extensive influence in eastern Henan and petrochemical systems.
