This semester, the Chinese group mainly participated in the training of new teaching materials for Chinese teachers in Grade One of Senior High School, the teaching seminar of new Chinese curriculum organized by No.17 Middle School, and the annual meeting of Wenzhou Chinese Association hosted by Ruian Middle School. The teacher who participated in the activity asked to take notes, and when he came back, he wrote the contents of his study into written materials, and introduced, reported and discussed them in the group. This activity makes teachers learn more knowledge, enrich their teaching practice, and try to apply the new ideas they have learned to their own teaching.
This semester, the district teaching and research section visited our school for investigation. In order to do this work well, all Chinese teachers work together, each teacher prepares lessons carefully and actively applies the concept of new textbooks to practical teaching. District Chinese teaching and research staff listened carefully to the Chinese report class of our school, praised it, and pointed out the existing problems and shortcomings. The Chinese teacher also communicated with the researchers about the confusion in the implementation of the new curriculum. At the same time, this semester, Chinese teachers also actively participated in various competitions organized by the district teaching and research section, such as junior high school Chinese teaching plan appraisal activities (three Chinese teachers from the whole school, Wu Zusu, Nie Weiping and Chen Min) and middle school Chinese speech contest, and achieved good results in these competitions. Looking back on this semester's teaching and research activities, I am deeply touched. How can teachers become professionals with self-improvement consciousness and self-improvement ability?
How to establish teachers' lifelong learning consciousness and make them become learning teachers? In addition to strengthening teachers' autonomous learning, the teaching and research group should also play its guiding and guiding role. Teaching and research groups should make full use of local resources, strengthen school-based training for teachers, give full play to collective wisdom, and strengthen communication and cooperation between teachers and schools. For a school with weak teachers like ours, the work of the teaching and research group still has a long way to go. There is still a long way to go in Xiu Yuan, and I will go up and down for it. To improve the quality of Chinese teachers, the guidance of teaching and research group is the key. In the future work, our Chinese teaching and research group will learn from each other's strong points and be inclusive, and constantly improve itself with the joint efforts of all Chinese teachers, so as to make Chinese a real learning organization.
