What should I do if my employees leave after my training in ophthalmology?
You can claim compensation for training fees. The employee applies for resignation in writing to the unit one month in advance (three days after the probation period), or it is agreed by the unit through consultation, or the unit violates the law, and the parties concerned may resign. Where an employer provides special training fees for laborers and provides them with professional and technical training, it may conclude an agreement with the laborers to stipulate the service period. If the laborer violates the service period agreement, he shall pay liquidated damages to the employer in accordance with the agreement. The amount of liquidated damages shall not exceed the training expenses provided by the employer.
