Introduction:

1. Harbin Vocational and Technical College is located in Harbin, Heilongjiang Province. It is a comprehensive public university and a construction unit of high-level vocational colleges in Heilongjiang Province.

4. The school started from Binzhou Daoli Normal School founded by 19 19, and then developed from Jilin Third Normal School, Songjiang Acheng Normal School, Heilongjiang Acheng Normal School and Acheng Normal School.
