Based on the company's talent training plan, in order to improve the comprehensive quality level of metrological personnel in the company and meet the internal needs of the company, the company organizes metrological personnel to go abroad for training according to the requirements of the National Metrology Law and the National Measures for the Administration of Metrology Verification Personnel. Fortunately, I participated in the qualification examination of metrological verification conducted by Xiamen Sharp Testing Company, and passed it successfully. Combining some ideas and requirements and the company's current situation, I make the following summary and share:

1. From February 26th to March 3rd, I benefited a lot from the six-day training. The declared positions are weighing instruments and heat metering workers. The first three days were weighing instrument knowledge training, mainly about the basic knowledge of metrological verifiers, JJF/JJG metrological verification, etc. The measurement basis includes: basic knowledge of measurement, measurement laws and regulations, legal measurement units, error and data processing, measurement uncertainty, value transmission and traceability, etc. Among them, the more important and confusing concepts in the basic knowledge of metrological verification are summarized and compared as follows:

1. The difference between compulsory verification, general verification and calibration: A verification refers to a series of operations to check the measurement characteristics and determine whether their measurement characteristics meet the legal requirements. B compulsory verification: it is a special case in verification, and it is classified according to the necessity of verification and its management form. It is mainly used for compulsory verification of measuring instruments in trade settlement, safety protection, medical and health care, environmental monitoring and other fields. C calibration: make sure that the measurement characteristics of measuring tools are the same as those of verification, except that verification is legal and compulsory, while calibration is not. It manages and tests instruments according to the internal needs of the company. (See Annex for the catalogue of compulsory verification)

2. Verification scale and actual scale value: Verification scale is generally represented by E, which is used for calibration and verification scale; The actual dividing value is the smallest readable unit of the instrument and the precision of the instrument, which can generally be displayed on the scale of the measuring tool. E is the hypothetical value, which is subject to the actual segmentation value, and the relationship is: D.

-Heavy industry includes: non-automatic weighing instruments and automatic weighing instruments. The common scales in the company include digital indicator scale, electronic pricing scale and scale scale, all of which belong to non-automatic weighing instruments with three-level accuracy grade;

The verification items mainly include:

A technical requirements: including whether the appearance is OK, the verification environment, whether it is the first verification or the subsequent verification, whether some useful values of the instrument are in good condition, etc.

B Metrological characteristics requirements: an indication error-this error is used to calibrate the indication change of the instrument within the full range to see if the change error value is within the acceptable range. Generally, it is necessary to detect five basic values, namely, MAX, MIN, 50% range, 200e and 500 E;; B Offset load error-also known as four-corner error, is mainly to detect the deviation value of the four-corner direction error of the scale, and use the standard weight to take the range value 1/3 for calibration. If there are no four common electronic weighing fulcrums, the standard weight data can be calculated according to the formula:1/(n-1); C repeatability error: measure the repeatability of a set of standard values to get the deviation between the values; Take the weight value as 100% or close to the maximum value, repeat the operation for at least 3 times, and the maximum absolute value of the difference between the recorded values must be within the maximum tolerance range. D Weighing weights-For scales, it is necessary to weigh the weights in a standard way to see whether their specifications are consistent with the calibration. If the error is out of the allowable range, it can be corrected by measuring the iron filings in the hole on the weight; E Zero error: As the company is mainly a three-level electronic scale, it is not necessary to test the zero error separately, but only to test whether the indicated value can be zero. -The above data should be read only after 5S to ensure that the indicated value is stable.

2. The last three days are mainly the training of thermal measurement and other commonly used instruments. Thermal measurement includes: temperature measurement, pressure gauge, vacuum gauge and other instruments measurement, numerical control display instrument measurement, water bath temperature measurement, drying box/thermostat temperature measurement; Other measuring instruments include: universal calipers, micrometers and other length tools. Take the pressure gauge as an example for analysis:

Commonly used industrial pressure gauges include spring tube pressure gauges, pressure vacuum gauge, vacuum gauges and piston pressure gauges. The company mainly uses the spring tube pressure gauge with the measuring range of 0- 1MPa, and the medium is pollution-free gas.

Its calibration items:

A technical requirements: a appearance-instrument parts are not loose, dust-proof devices must be installed on the instrument safety hole, and the medium type-instrument should be marked with corresponding medium color code. The medium of the company's pressure gauge is inert gas such as oxygen, and the color code is blue or black. Mark B —— The dial shall be marked with the basic unit of measurement and number, product name and accuracy grade (company table is 1.6 grade) C test environment.

B. Metrological characteristics: a Indication error —— According to the difference between the indication before and after the measuring range and the standard in the step-up and step-down verification, the measuring point is selected appropriately. B Return error-the difference between the indicated values after the meter is tapped when the voltage is increased/decreased for the same detection point. C. Knock displacement —— the difference of the indicated value change caused by knocking the watch case at each detection point during the step-up/step-down verification.

Three. Classification of measuring instruments:

The company's measuring equipment usually includes: inspection equipment (for incoming goods, up-and-down process inspection), test equipment (life, field test), instruments, standard samples, auxiliary equipment (regulated power supply, fixture) or their combination. In order to facilitate management, I divide the measuring instruments of the company into ABC three categories according to their importance:

Class A: Metering devices used for trade settlement, medical and health care, safety protection and environmental monitoring, final product detection and key process parameter detection. This kind of instrument is the powerful inspection instrument mentioned above. Class A instruments must pass the verification of legal measurement units, and the confirmation interval shall not exceed the national verification requirements.

Class C: Instruments used for indication on equipment and production lines, simple, cheap and consumable measuring devices only used as tools such as fixtures. (such as pressure gauges and flowmeters in the printing workshop) Class C can be confirmed at one time, confirmed in general and managed in the period of validity.

Class b: metering devices other than alternating current. Class B implements periodic confirmation, and its calibration items can reduce or extend the confirmation interval as appropriate.

4. Harvest: Through the training, I benefited a lot, realized the importance of measurement management, saw the gap in my work, became familiar with the requirements of measurement testing and confirmation standards, and made clear the responsibilities that I should bear as a measurement personnel; This training has also enabled me to have a systematic understanding of the measurement characteristics of commonly used measuring instruments, and through practical operation, I have mastered it more firmly, standardized the calibration methods and steps of instruments, got a comprehensive understanding of laboratory management, and possessed the basic knowledge and literacy required by measurement and testing personnel.

Experience: Metrology monitoring is an indispensable part of the company, a partner of product quality and a passport of product quality assurance. Only qualified and effective measuring equipment can ensure the production of qualified products. Nowadays, the implementation of measurement management system standards has been valued by many enterprises. At present, the company is in the most critical stage of ISO, and measurement is also a part of it. Moreover, the measurement work also needs the participation of all staff, and it can be really done well by everyone's cooperation.
