(A) social candidates should have the conditions for registration

1. The household registration or personnel relationship is in Henan Province.

2. Meet the qualifications of teachers in Henan Province. To apply for kindergarten teacher qualification, you should have graduated from kindergarten normal school or above; To apply for the qualification of a primary school teacher, one should have a college degree or above; To apply for the qualification of a junior high school teacher, one should have a bachelor's degree or above; Those who apply for the qualifications of teachers in senior middle schools and secondary vocational schools (cultural courses and specialized courses) shall have a bachelor's degree or above; To apply for the qualification of internship instructor in secondary vocational schools, one should have a college degree or above, and have a professional and technical position of assistant engineer or above or a technical level of intermediate workers or above.

(2) Registration conditions for students in ordinary colleges and universities.

Students and graduate students of grade three and above in colleges and universities in Henan Province. The category of such candidates who sign up for the written test should be suitable for the academic level they obtained when they graduated, that is, they meet the academic requirements of Henan Province's teacher qualification.

(3) Full-time normal college students and full-time masters of education who enrolled before 2016 (excluding) apply for teacher qualifications in the same or similar disciplines as their majors, and still implement the relevant policies of direct recognition. Cross-professional accreditation should participate in the national unified examination for teacher qualifications.

(4) Those who have been disqualified as teachers shall not sign up for the examination within 5 years; Those who are deprived of political rights, or who have received criminal punishment of more than fixed-term imprisonment for intentional crimes, may not sign up for the examination. If there is cheating in the teacher qualification examination, it shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Measures for Handling Violations in the National Education Examination.

Three. Registration arrangements and steps

(1) On-site registration. From September 8 to 12 (8: 00 am-12: 00 pm14: 30 pm 17: 30 pm), social candidates will go to the on-site registration point set up by the provincial recruitment office (examination area) where they live or work. ) Students of junior year and above in undergraduate colleges can only register at the on-site registration point on campus, and junior college students can register at the on-site registration point set up in the provincial city where the school is located (see Annex 1 for the setting of Henan examination area and on-site registration point). (1) Materials to be Submitted for Social Candidates' Written Examination Registration

① The original and photocopy of my second-generation resident ID card or the original and photocopy of household registration materials are not in our province, but candidates with personnel files in our province need to supplement any one of the three materials: the unit certificate of keeping the candidates' personnel files, the on-the-job certificate of the work unit and the enterprise labor contract.

(2) The original and photocopy of the academic certificate, the original and photocopy of the academic certification report or the electronic registration filing form of the academic certificate of the Ministry of Education within the validity period (apply for printing through the www.chsi.com.cn and China Higher Education Student Information Network). Candidates who apply for the qualification of internship instructor in secondary vocational schools should also issue the original and photocopy of the certificate equivalent to the professional and technical qualification of assistant engineer or above or the technical level of intermediate worker or above.

(2) The materials that full-time college students need to submit for written registration.

2. Information collection

After the audit materials are passed, the resident ID card information, fingerprint information and image information of the candidates are collected on the spot.

3. Sign the letter of commitment for integrity test.

After completing the information collection, print the commitment letter of integrity test on the spot, and candidates must read it carefully and perform the signing procedures. The letter of commitment for the integrity test shall be kept by the candidates themselves and kept as one of the admission verification documents.

(2) Online registration

From September 9 to 13, the day after the on-site registration is completed, candidates will download the photos collected at the registration site according to the website, password and ID number indicated in the Commitment Letter of Integrity Examination, then log on to the National Primary and Secondary School Teacher Qualification Examination Network (www.ntce.cn) and select "Henan" for online registration. After registration, candidates should fill in personal information according to relevant prompts, upload photos collected during on-site registration (those who have not collected information or uploaded photos off-site will not pass the examination), select examination subjects and examination areas (which must be consistent with the examination areas where candidates register on site), and submit them for examination.

(3) Online payment

From September 9 to 13 17: 30, candidates log on to the primary and secondary school teacher qualification examination network (www.ntce.cn), and after confirming that they have passed the online registration review, they will pay online according to the prompts (see Annex 3 for the online payment flow chart), and they will register successfully after payment (see Annex 4 for the registration flow chart of candidates). According to the standards approved by the relevant departments of the province, this year's qualification examination for primary and secondary school teachers in our province is temporarily charged at 4 1 yuan per person per subject. Candidates who fail to pay the examination fee online within the time limit will be automatically disqualified by the registration system. Please pay attention to the candidates.
