First, strengthen leadership and management.

In order to ensure the smooth progress of this training, we set up a leading group headed by Yin Hongbin, director of the Normal Department of the Education Department, to lead the organization and implementation of the "project" in Henan Province. The junior leaders mainly coordinate the relationship between the project implementation units in the province and the local education administrative departments at all levels, and create a good environment and conditions for the smooth implementation of the "project"; Supervise the whole process of "project" implementation and take corresponding measures in time to solve major problems or emergencies in the work.

In order to strengthen the management and supervision of this work, we set up the Henan Provincial Project Office, which is located in the Continuing Education Center of primary and secondary school teachers in Henan Province, with Director Sun Liangyu as the team leader and Director Wang Chunlian as the deputy team leader, and is specifically responsible for this work. During the training in Beijing, we strengthened the management of students' learning, required each group leader to report the attendance of students every day, and often held working meetings of backbone class teachers who participated in the training to understand the students' learning situation, sort out the problems existing in the training, and investigate the network equipment and teachers' online learning in grass-roots schools to prepare for the later work. In these days' training, our students are very hard-working and diligent. Many students study until midnight every night, feeling that the task is arduous and stressful.

Three special tutors in our province have also carried out division of labor. About 60% of the teachers who participated in the training don't have computers and can't surf the Internet often. In this training in Beijing, 80% of our students borrowed their laptops. After returning, we will cooperate with relevant departments to do a good job in this regard. For those who really don't have the conditions to surf the Internet, we will ask the project counties to organize teachers to conduct centralized training to ensure the smooth completion of the study.

Third, make all preparations to ensure the smooth progress of all staff training.

In order to ensure the smooth progress of the training for 10,000 students, we will do the following work before the class starts:

1. All project units, schools and institutions undertaking specific training tasks are requested to seriously overhaul and maintain technical equipment such as computer networks for training before mid-July, so as to keep them in good running condition after the start of all-staff training.

2. Require all project units to pay close attention to the centralized training of teachers who are not skilled in computer network operation skills and can not meet the requirements of online learning, so that they can conduct independent online learning after the training begins.

3. Require the person in charge of the project unit, the class teacher, the tutor and the trainees to seriously study the relevant documents, rules and regulations, technical standards, operation guidelines and learning requirements of the Project Office of the Ministry of Education and the project implementation agency (China Teacher Training Network), and clarify their respective division of labor, responsibilities and task requirements in training.

4. Require all project counties to conduct unified training for trainees during the warm-up phase, guide trainees to log on to the designated network platform to register, familiarize themselves with the online learning environment and preview related courses; And prepare the opening venue and venue layout.

Fourth, strengthen process management to ensure the training effect.

1. Establish an information notification system. All project units in the province are required to report the progress of students' learning to the provincial project office once a week, and timely understand and master the problems existing in the learning process. After each module, the provincial project office will rank the academic situation of each project county, announce it in the training briefing and submit it to the provincial leading group.

In order to consolidate the learning results of online distance training, before the online training of students ends and enters the on-the-job practice stage, the provincial project office should put forward clear and specific requirements for students on how to use the learning results in work practice according to the objectives, tasks and overall requirements of the Normal Department of the Ministry of Education.

4. Relying on and giving full play to the role of mentors in our province. In the stage of students' on-the-job practice, it is necessary to organize tutors to formulate guidance programs and specific work plans, to the point, to put the responsibility into practice, and to provide practical guidance to students in a targeted manner.

Fifth, do a good job in project summary and commendation.

1. The Henan Provincial Project Office formulates the detailed rules and standards for project review, completes the stage summary of each work in time according to the implementation plan, and timely reports the advanced deeds and learning models emerging during the study period.

2.
