If the operator's certificate is lost or damaged, the holder shall report the loss to the issuing department in time, and publish a report on the loss report on the official website of the quality and technical supervision department at or above the municipal level, or declare the original operator's certificate invalid in the newspaper.
If no other employer raises any objection within one month, the holder may entrust the original examination institution to apply to the issuing department for a replacement. After verification, the issuing department shall reissue the operator's certificate.
