5. Synchronous correction after error of upper and lower turntable.

A, loosen the tension of the lower or upper turntable.

The entrance of the die depends most on whether the waste can fall after stamping. The normal entrance is about 1 mm, the closing height of the long guide die is 207MM, and the closing height of the short guide die is140 mm.

12, turntable: chain tension and synchronous adjustment, synchronous belt is the guarantee of accurate transmission. Generally speaking, we need to be nervous. If slack is found, we only need to twist the tensioner to ensure that the upper and lower tensions are the same. The chain is the guarantee of accurate positioning of the station, which is only a rough positioning, so we require the chain to be relaxed to a certain extent, neither too tight nor too loose. If it is too tight, the positioning pin may not be inserted, and if it is too loose, the shaking of the turntable will increase.
