Shanghai Higher Vocational and Technical Training Center was established on 1984 with the approval of Shanghai Editorial Committee. It is the project implementation unit of cooperation between the United Nations International Labor Organization and the former Ministry of Labor (Ministry of Labor and Social Security) in the field of vocational and technical training. It not only introduces international advanced vocational and technical training experience and methods, but also trains a large number of applied technical talents for the society every year.
