Second, the training schedule
In order to make the business training cover all employees, considering the particularity of hospital work, the same content is divided into two sections, and the time is arranged at noon every day 12: 30- 13: 30.
III. Participation rate
There are 52 employees in the hospital1person, and 63 people did not participate in the training in the seventh and eighth sessions, with a participation rate of 88%; 9. 10, 47 people did not attend the training, and the participation rate was 91%; 14 and 15 56 people did not attend the training, with a participation rate of 90%; 16 and 17 were attended by doctors in our hospital.
Among those who did not attend the training, three people submitted a note explaining why they could not attend, which was signed by the department head. The rest of the participants have maternity leave, and several others are studying abroad.
In short, these eight full-time business trainings have been supported by the staff of the whole hospital, and everyone has devoted themselves to the evaluation training with great enthusiasm.
Four: the training effect
In order to improve the training effect, all training courseware has PPT, and it is required to have key points and assessment after class. All courseware will be sent to the group immediately after class for reference and review.
Five: the results of sampling inspection
In two weeks, 70 people were selected, of which 20 answers were not ideal, and the other 50 could not complete the answers alone in most exams.
In short, during the two-week business study, we have made some achievements, and all the staff can devote themselves to the preparation work, but there are still many shortcomings, such as the unsatisfactory training effect and the low awareness rate of the corresponding knowledge meeting.
It is getting closer and closer to the evaluation of the Second Hospital. In the future training work, we should insist on doing business knowledge training well, but we should find a better method as soon as possible to implement the effect.
