Party building is a necessary guarantee for our party's fine tradition and advanced status. Grass-roots Party organizations are the basic components of the Party's construction work, and play an important role in comprehensively implementing various systems and policies, keeping close contact with the masses, and maintaining social stability. To do a good job in grassroots party building, we must do the following work:
First, strengthen ideological education and improve the party building system.
