(a) close contact with all kinds of disabled people in this area, master the basic situation and requirements of all kinds of disabled people in this area, listen to opinions, reflect voices, carry out work under the leadership of street disabled persons' federations and community neighborhood committees, and play the role of publicity, coordination and service.

(two) to publicize the principles, policies, laws and regulations of the party and the state to the disabled, do a good job in the political and ideological work of the disabled, and encourage the disabled to be self-reliant, optimistic and active in social life.

(three) actively do a good job in the minimum living security for the disabled, poverty alleviation, training and employment, social assistance for the disabled, cultural and sports activities, rehabilitation, rights protection, barrier-free construction supervision and other services.

(four) to provide consulting and guidance services for the employment of the disabled.

(five) to participate in the regular meeting of the street disabled persons' Federation and the unified organization of business training, report the work in a timely manner, and complete the tasks assigned by the higher disabled persons' Federation on time.
