Generally speaking, the amount of project code contacted in schools is relatively small, while the actual amount of project code is much larger. So I'm not used to it at first, so I must look at the code for a few days and get used to the development mode of large projects.
2 receive training.
Some companies will have new training. Mainly introduce some industry knowledge. These knowledge schools can't teach, and all industries are different.
3 learn programming specifications.
Most companies have requirements for programming and writing specifications, including formats and naming methods, which are not taught in schools. So you need to study.
The above items are the foundation. After that, we will arrange to do some simple basic work. Often referred to as "manual labor", some simple and repetitive basic code writing. Then expand from one point to the whole project. This process may take several years or even more than ten years.
