The Huangge Ancient Road is no stranger to many Chongqing people. Even relative to the ancient road of "network celebrities". The ancient Huangge Road was formed as early as the Tang Dynasty, with a history of 1000 years, and gradually prospered after the Song Dynasty. At that time, businessmen from Sichuan to Guizhou could first take a boat to Haitangxi Pier, then cross Nanshan via Huangge Ancient Road, and then go south along the mountain to reach their destination. Therefore, this ancient road is also called "Sichuan-Guizhou Silk Road", which is of great significance to the development of trade between the two places.
There are more than ten hiking routes in Nanshan. As the most famous trail in Nanshan, Huangge Ancient Road is full of humanity and life. Climbing up the stone steps, you can see green trees, stone carvings and people hiding in the mountains with only one outline.
There are many tea kiosks for people to rest on Huangge Ancient Road, as well as snacks such as Gao Liang and Camellia oleifera, and more are bean products shops.
You can punch in after climbing the ancient road. It's the Nanzhishan Bookstore on Nanshan. This "bookstore with a view" has a good environment.
