Mediators receive no less than 30 hours of training every year. Mediators should teach themselves no less than 10 class hours every year. All grass-roots mediation organizations organize mediator training for no less than 20 hours every year.

Participating in pre-job training is a necessary link to obtain the qualification of arbitrators as stipulated by laws and regulations. Those who fail to participate in pre-job training as required shall not obtain the professional qualification of arbitrators.
