According to the Labor Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), induction training is paid. Employers are required to pay wages to employees according to law from the date of employment, that is, from the date of establishing labor relations with employees. The salary can be calculated according to the agreement of both parties and the monthly attendance time of employees.
If the salary is not paid during the subsequent induction training for PetroChina, the parties may apply for mediation, arbitration, litigation or negotiation according to law.
