Quanzhou Light Industry Vocational College has grown from 369 students and 6 majors when it was founded to a campus of 600 mu, and 32 majors have enrolled students in 23 provinces and cities across the country, with more than 10000 students. The school has a national collaborative innovation center, a national productive training base, three national key majors and three provincial industrial colleges.

As of August 15, 2023, Huaying Huaying College in Fuzhou has nearly 200 students, of whom more than 70% are master and doctoral backbone teachers, and about 50% are professors and associate professors. Young teachers are mainly "graduate students" and undergraduate graduates. In order to strengthen oral English teaching, several foreign teachers have been hired. The teacher-student ratio is 1: 8.5.
