At present, there are 15 kinds of official documents of the party and government in China: resolutions, decisions, orders, bulletins, announcements, opinions, notices, circulars, reports, requests for instructions, replies, motions, letters and minutes. Different official documents have different standard requirements, and the basic structure consists of the following parts: title, body, ending, signature and written date.
