Silver brazing method: assemble the parts that need to be brazed. If the parts coated with flux are allowed to stand upright, the water in the flux will evaporate, and the dried flux will easily fall off, resulting in the exposed metal surface being easily oxidized. When connecting and assembling, insert the pipe into the pipe sleeve until it is blocked. Assembly is to ensure a stable support, so that the whole brazing operation can be kept in a straight line position.

Note: During cleaning and disassembly, carefully observe the residue of cleaning medium. When welding a dirty or improperly cleaned surface, the welding effect is not satisfactory, because the silver solder will not flow or adhere to the oxide, while the oily surface and exposed surface are easy to oxidize, resulting in pores and impurities repelling the flux.
