Shenzhen Beauty Salon Business License Handling Guide
I. Procedures:
1. Go to the local health supervision office to apply for the Health Permit;
2. To apply for a business license at the District Industrial and Commercial Branch, the application materials are as follows:
(1) Fill in the Application for Registration of Individual Industrial and Commercial Households;
(2) A copy of the operator's ID card (original inspection). If it is a woman of childbearing age aged 20-49, it shall submit a copy of the family planning certificate (original inspection) verified and stamped by the family planning department where the business is located (Guangdong family planning service certificate for household registration in Guangdong Province and marriage and childbearing certificate for floating population for household registration outside Guangdong Province);
(3) proof of business premises (i.e. proof of real estate license or house lease contract);
(4) Health license issued by the Health Bureau;
Two. Accepting organ:
Individuals go to the health supervision office (companies go to the Municipal Health Bureau).
4. The industrial and commercial branch or industrial and commercial office in the jurisdiction (for companies, go to Shenzhen Branch of the Industrial and Commercial Bureau).
