To carry out the project of training young Marxists is to persistently arm the youth with the latest achievements of Marxism in China, improve the ideological and political quality, policy and theoretical level, innovation ability, practical ability and organization and coordination ability of young groups such as college students, league cadres and young intellectuals through effective ways such as education and training, further strengthen the belief of following the Socialism with Chinese characteristics road with the Party, and grow into qualified builders and reliable successors of the cause of Socialism with Chinese characteristics.

It mainly includes eight aspects:

(1) Insist on arming and educating young people with the latest achievements of Marxism in China. Constantly innovate the ways and carriers of theoretical armed work, and persist in educating young people with Deng Xiaoping Theory, Theory of Three Represents and Scientific Outlook on Development.

(2) Strengthen the cultivation of key youth groups. Through the construction of national, provincial (autonomous regions and municipalities) and university three-level training work pattern, we will increase the intensity of centralized training of college students; Through the implementation of the "100 million" education and training project for league cadres, the ideological and political quality of league cadres at all levels will be improved.

(3) Carry out various social practice activities in depth. Organize and guide outstanding young people such as key college students, league cadres, and young intellectuals to participate in practical activities such as inspection and exchange, attachment training, and volunteer service.

(four) to strengthen the promotion work, and promote the formation of a standardized working mechanism.

(5) Cultivate and set up outstanding youth models.

(6) Constantly expand exchanges between outstanding young people and Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan.

(7) Vigorously support college students' theoretical learning societies.

(8) Building a network position for theoretical armed work.
