Software industry is one of the pillar industries in Suzhou and an important industry in Suzhou High-tech Zone. As one of the three bases of Suzhou Software Park, Suzhou Hi-tech Software Park has gathered nearly 100 internationally renowned IT R&D institutions such as Motorola, ASUS, BenQ and Cyberlab, as well as high-tech private enterprises with independent intellectual property rights. However, there are still "soft spots" in Suzhou software industry to some extent, such as the lack of independent innovation ability and innovative talents, which is also a common problem faced by domestic software industry. Suzhou software talent training base is a highland for software talents built by the high-tech zone government according to the present situation of software industry and the objective demand of the market. Different from traditional colleges and universities, the base emphasizes "practicality" and "training", and truly establishes a platform for practical work skills training for those who are interested in the software industry.
"For example, there is a company in the zone that is discussing cooperation with us now. This enterprise wants to develop a software testing project. If they do it themselves, they can only provide a small environment within the company and provide limited personnel and equipment configuration. But after entrusting it to us, we can design a complete project development process, including demand analysis, design, function realization, product packaging and release. Obviously, it is more systematic, more professional and more targeted than the enterprise itself, which can help them save a lot of time and energy, and can also train a group of software talents for the enterprise through training. " "Real" refers to real enterprise management, real projects, real enterprise technical personnel guidance and real enterprise post standards, including details as small as punching in at work with reference to the real enterprise environment; "Training" refers to various training forms, various types of enterprise tutors and various professional roles based on team project collaboration and individual professional skill division. "Mao Juhua told reporters that at present, the base has established strategic cooperative relations with nearly 100 well-known IT enterprises at home and abroad, such as IBM (China) Company and Beijing Zhongguancun Software Park Development Co., Ltd., and determined the training direction of six industries, such as industry application software, quality engineering and testing, games and animation, according to the development trend of domestic IT industry and Suzhou software development plan.
Up to now, the base has been trained by more than 400 students from dozens of universities, including School of Software of Beijing Jiaotong University, Computer Branch of Network College of Jilin University and University of Science and Technology of China, among which nearly 200 students have graduated. Li Chunhua, a master of Suzhou Research Institute of Chinese University of Science and Technology, was deeply touched after receiving 1 month training at the training base. He said that he not only learned professional skills here, but also improved his professional quality. At present, he has been invited to work as an engineer in Tongfang, Tsinghua. A college teacher also said that students are forced to study at school, but if they work overtime here, the school will send the next batch of students to practice. "Our goal is to train about 65,438+0,000 students this year. I hope that through the efforts of all parties, after a period of development, the training base will become the' Whampoa Military Academy' for training software talents in China in the future! "
In order to solve the talent bottleneck problem in the development of IT enterprises in Suzhou and its surrounding areas, and build a platform for talent training, talent reserve and talent supply, Suzhou High-tech Zone Government cooperated with the National Model Software Institute to establish the China Suzhou Software Talent Training Base, which is the first professional and non-profit software talent training base invested by the government in China.
The training base breaks through the bottleneck of training software engineering talents, focuses on training, closely cooperates with domestic and foreign software enterprises in line with the principle of international synchronization and industrial synchronization, and aims at training practical and compound qualified software talents with good professional quality, thus realizing the seamless connection between educational "products" and industrial talent demand.
Since the start of Suzhou Software Talent Training Base in China in 2005, dozens of domestic universities, such as Northeastern University, Jilin University and China University of Science and Technology, have settled in the base, and the trainees have been sent to dozens of domestic and foreign software enterprises, which has won wide acclaim from society, enterprises and universities.
The training base has successfully established a brand-new three-dimensional training system for practical and compound talents. On March 10, 2006, the IT training system independently developed by the training base successfully passed the appraisal of scientific and technological achievements of the Ministry of Education. The experts of the appraisal committee agreed that the IT training system is a training system that comprehensively cultivates students' skills, abilities and professional qualities in the IT field, and has well solved the problem that IT graduates in colleges and universities are out of touch with the employment needs of IT enterprises. In the form of practical training, the system seamlessly connects enterprise contents such as job skills and professional quality with college education knowledge, and sets up auxiliary courses in combination with projects and college knowledge. Its concept is advanced, its system is complete, its practicability is strong, it is at the leading level in China, and it has a good prospect of popularization and application. The training base has a total construction area of 654.38 million square meters and a total investment of 200 million yuan.
