Second, policies and regulations training:
The main contents of the training are the Drug Administration Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), Detailed Rules for the Implementation of the Drug Administration Law, Measures for the Supervision and Administration of Drug Circulation, and Standards for Certification, Inspection and Evaluation of Quality Management Norms of Drug Retail Enterprises. The training is arranged for 2 hours every day, and the learning and training method is a combination of self-study and discussion.
Third, the quality management system:
The training of post responsibilities and operating procedures is planned to combine theory with practice during the trial operation of the Drug Business License. Training time is 1 hour for each system (job responsibilities and operating procedures), and * * * takes 38 hours. Through training, master the key points and job-related requirements of pharmacy.
Four, adverse drug reaction knowledge and accurate reporting of adverse drug reaction cases training:
The training time is 4 hours, and the training method is to hire professional and technical personnel to explain. Through training, we can correctly grasp and understand the concept and definition of adverse drug reactions, the significance and reporting methods of adverse drug reactions.
Five, drug knowledge training:
Drug classification management knowledge training, the training of this project is carried out at any time in daily operation. Through training, employees can correctly understand and standardize the classified management of pharmacies, strengthen the introduction of new drugs, master the usage and dosage of new drugs through mutual learning, recommend the reasons for drug use, and enhance the feedback and user opinions on the efficacy of new drugs through user return visits.
