Game appendix:

Opening game: A sea of people-teams form a circle, put their hands on each other's shoulders, walk clockwise, and sit down collectively when the coach calls for a stop to see if they can wrestle. The key is to keep a small distance and move at a constant speed. Then increase the difficulty, spread your arms, sit down during the journey, and then sit in groups and move clockwise for 20 steps. The main thing is that everyone should keep in sync all the time, and must listen to one person's command and move forward slowly, left and right, left and right. We all cheered for the successful completion of the task.

Spider web game

Time:

Over l hours

Number of people:

There is no limit. When the number of players is large, players need to be divided into several groups consisting of 8 ~ 12 people.

Props:

(each group)

Choose two strong trees (to support the spider web).

Nylon rope or other similar rope (used to weave spider webs).

As shown in figure 1, 8 bolts, or several steel wires or even several ropes can also be used (fixing the spider web to the tree).

Eye patch, if someone is bitten by a spider, his eyes will be covered.

Option: a small bell used as an alarm; A large rubber spider used to create an atmosphere.

Overview:

This is a well-known outdoor game, which is a perfect combination of fantasy and challenge. It can be used to create teams, cultivate teamwork spirit, learn conflict handling skills, cultivate leadership skills and exercise communication skills. Although this game requires some preparation work by the training specialist, these preparations will definitely bring great returns.

Purpose:

Cultivate team spirit.

Improve communication.

Reflect the role of collaborative work in solving problems.

Keep the team united.

Learn to overcome seemingly intractable problems.

Prepare:

Trainers need to set up a spider web for each group, and the specific methods are as follows:

Use bolts or ropes to make 8 fixed points on 2 trees (as shown in figure 1), with 4 points on each tree. The lowest fixed point is about 20 cm (8 inches) from the ground, and the distance between fixed points on the same tree is 70 angstroms (2 feet 4 inches). So the highest fixed point is about 2 or 3 meters (7 feet 8 inches) from the ground.

After the fixed point is completed, measure the length of nylon rope needed to weave the net frame with the fixed point.

Length of nylon rope = (distance between two trees+distance between the highest fixed point and the lowest fixed point) ×2

It's best to tie a knot on the nylon rope before weaving the frame. The knotting method is to start from one end of the nylon rope and tie a knot every10 ~15cm. The function of knotting is to prevent the internal network cable from sliding at will (as shown in Figure 2).

Weave the boundaries of cobwebs. The specific method is as follows: from the tree L, tie one end of nylon rope to the lowest fixed point of the tree L; Pass the rope through the other three fixed points of the tree 1 from bottom to top to reach the highest fixed point; Pull the rope from the highest fixed point of 1 tree to the highest fixed point of 2 trees; Pass the rope through the four fixed points of the tree 2 from top to bottom to reach the lowest fixed point; Pull the rope back from the lowest fixed point of the No.2 tree to the lowest fixed point of the L tree; Tighten the rope to form a rectangle, and the remaining rope is fixed at the lowest fixed point of the tree 1.

Weave the inside of a spider web. Start from a corner of the frame, simulate the appearance of spider web, and weave a web. Pay attention to weaving a proper amount of holes big enough on the internet so that players can drill through them during the game. (See the main picture for details)

(Optional) After the spider web is woven, you can put a rubber spider and a small bell on the web. Rubber spiders can set off the atmosphere, and small bells can play the role of alarm to report that someone touches the net.

Steps:

Divide the players into groups of 8 ~ 12 people.

The prologue of the game. The opening is as follows:

Your team is trapped in the virgin forest. The only way out of the forest was blocked by a huge spider web. You must go through it (you can't bypass it, and you can't go above or below it). Fortunately, the spider is sleeping now. But unfortunately, spiders are easily awakened. In the process of crossing the spider web, once someone touches the spider web, no matter whether it is light or heavy, the spider will be awakened immediately, jump on it and bite people, resulting in blindness of the people crossing and passing by. In addition, each hole can only be used once. In other words, different people must go through different holes in the net.

In the case of multiple groups participating in the game, let the group that finished the game first be the guardian and observe how other groups play.

After all the teams finish the game, guide the team members to discuss issues such as teamwork, communication, conflict and leadership.

Examples of discussion questions:

What problems did you encounter during the game?

How to analyze the problem? What is everyone's task?

How did you overcome the difficulties?

What factors contributed to the successful completion of the game?

Are there any conflicts during the competition? How do you handle conflicts?

Is there a leader during the competition? Are others forced to accept leadership? How do they feel about it?

What does this game reveal?

How to link this game with our actual work?

Security:

Be careful not to let the players fall from the net hole.

Flexibility:

You can change the rules of the game during the game and increase the difficulty of the game.

The consequence of touching the net can also be to make the player dumb immediately.

If you find that some people have a strong desire for leadership and have completely controlled the whole game, and you need to change this situation, then you can let spiders bite them. In this way, they will be blind or lose their voice. This blindness or loss of voice can be temporary (for example, 5 minutes); It can also be permanent, that is, it lasts until the end of the game. In this way, others can also have the opportunity to play a leading role.

If you may use this game many times, then we suggest that you use PVC pipes as a support to support the spider web. Make a fixed point on the pipe and pull the net wire. So every time you do training, just take it out and use it.

In order to increase the difficulty of the game, each group can also cross the spider web with buckets filled with water, which can be described as a detoxification potion to treat those who are bitten by spiders after successful crossing.

Take something from the thunder pool-make a circle with sand in a diameter of 5 meters, with a bottle of mineral water without a lid in the middle of the circle. The circle is supposed to be a minefield, and if it enters, it will die; Mineral water is assumed to be a highly toxic chemical element, and once it is leaked, the consequences will be unimaginable. Give a thick rope about 14 meter, and ask for the method of "rope hanging people" without any external force.

Trust back projection:

Time:

Over 1 hour, depending on the number of participants.

Number of people:

12-20 people.

Props:

A platform with a height of 1, 5 ~ 1, 8m (if no platform can be found. Ladders or stumps can be used instead).

Overview:

Almost every outdoor training group can participate in this game. It looks scary on the surface, but if the player acts properly, it is actually quite safe.

Purpose:

Build mutual trust among team members.

Let players challenge themselves.

Develop team spirit and help each other.

Steps:

Teammates in the audience will cross their hands and form a solid platform with other teammates.

The teammates on the high platform turned their backs on the teammates under the stage and fell backwards. Don't bend your legs, or they will fail and do it again. Then take turns on stage to change teammates.

Examples of discussion questions:

How much did you know about games at first? How do you feel after participating in the game?

How do you feel when you are standing on the platform and ready to fall backwards?

Security:

At any time, players are not allowed to fall backwards from 1 and more than 8 meters. Otherwise, the head or shoulder of the person who falls will come into contact with the receiver before other parts of the body, leading to a fall. Because when people fall, the weight is mainly concentrated in these parts, and the head is easy to land, which is quite dangerous.

If necessary, arrange more guardians, and the number of guardians depends on the composition of the training team.

Be sure to let the undertaker take off his watch, ring or other sharp objects; The falling man emptied all his pockets and untied his belt.

Flexibility:

For those teams that have been established, we can consider blindfolding those who fall to increase the difficulty of the game.

Outdoor development plan (2)

Budget cost: 50 yuan per person (more refunds and less supplements) includes: venue fee+admission fee+lunch fee+training fee.

Target: 1. Enhance the centripetal force and cohesion of the class;

Raise the awareness of students in Class One and Class Five;

After CET-4 and CET-6, there is still a period of time at the end of the term, giving everyone a chance to relax;

Activity arrangement:

Meet at the school gate at 8: 30 in the morning, get off at Xinzhuang on D 1 Line, and walk 300 meters to Lovers Garden (the road has been explored, and at least three squad leaders are guaranteed to lead the way in each class).

Outward bound training officially started at 9: 30;

Attachment: Implementation Plan

08: 50-09: 30 Opening Ceremony Ice-breaking Ceremony-Opening Training Mobilization; Stars shine: our team, our home.

Significance of the activity: promote the innovation, communication and understanding of the players, and find the loveliness of the players in an active atmosphere. The organization and coordination of the captain, the cooperation of the players, and the competition for honor.

09: 30- 10:

Content: Each team member stands on a platform with a certain height, falls straight back and makes a "back flip", and other members of this group and other groups catch it under the stage.

Target: 1. Understand the links and steps of effective communication.

Trust is the cornerstone of sincere cooperation. If there is a lack of trust between teams, not only will this big family be discordant, but it will also directly affect the overall combat effectiveness.

"The fall of trust" has been repeatedly demonstrated by psychologists. Although the form is simple, the trust between people has appreciated rapidly.

10: 40-11:50 life and death power grid

Content: What you and your team members need to cross is a "power grid" (rope net) perpendicular to the ground, and a hole in the net is a living path. No part of the passing body, including clothes, is allowed to touch its edge. This is called "electric shock". "Sacrifice" comrades can move on, but each life can only be used once.

Objective: To cultivate team spirit and improve communication.

Reflect the role of collaborative work in solving problems.

Unite players and learn to overcome seemingly intractable problems.

Moral: There is no perfect individual, only a perfect team!

noon

12: 00- 12: 30 6 yuan standard lunch.

12: 30- 13: 40 lunch break to visit the beautiful couple garden, and the whole class took photos with each other.

afternoon

13: 40- 14: 30 interactive game warm-up

14: 40- 15: 50 challenge for five minutes.

Content: The competition is conducted in the form of games, which mainly examines the team cooperation ability of the contestants. The game consists of five parts: "Don't pour the forest", "Turn the car around", "Go all the way", "Move the golf" and "Count off with passion". The cooperation of the game is very strong, and players need to integrate into the group and show their wisdom.

16: 00- 17: 00 survival wall

Content: Within the specified time, all team members are not allowed to use any equipment, but can only cooperate with each other to climb from the ground to the top of the wall 4 meters above the ground. If a person can't climb up or exceed the prescribed time, then everyone can't graduate, that is to say, if one person can't climb up, everyone will fail.

Target: 1. Encourage and strengthen the tenacious fighting spirit and the belief that mutual assistance and unity will win.

This is a wonderful activity of the whole expansion activity. It is also the time to test the results of everyone's one-day training!

Do you dare to accept this challenge? Come on, elites!

17: 00- 17: 20 activity summary

Remarks: At the end of the activity, considering that everyone is very tired after a day's training, the class fee is used as the charter fare.

During the expansion period, the division of labor should be responsible, and the team leader should urge the team members to abide by the requirements of the activity and not act alone.

It is completely understandable that winter weather has little effect on outward bound training. If the weather changes suddenly, the activity will be held another day.

This time, an experienced and safety-conscious professional development teacher was invited.

This activity is specially organized to enhance the cohesion of the class. We should respect students' wishes and actively strive for them.
