What do welders mainly learn?
Learning electric welding is very simple, and there are no technical requirements, but there are many technical requirements for learning electric welding well. Learning electric welding includes learning welding techniques such as manual welding, argon arc welding and double-sided shielded welding. What welding knowledge do you need to master to learn argon arc welding and double-sided shielded welding technology?

Argon arc welding has small weld penetration and small machining deformation. The weld has high density, and it is not easy to form defects such as slag inclusion, porosity and undercut. The requirement of nondestructive testing is high, and the weld has good strength, toughness and plasticity. Tensile, bending, impact and other mechanical properties are better than other welding methods. It can better meet the requirements of single-sided welding, double-sided forming and thin-walled welding. The disadvantages are low working efficiency and high processing cost. And the cost varies greatly with the argon market. CO2 gas shielded welder has high efficiency and low cost, and can meet many field operations under general inspection requirements, especially suitable for manpower to catch up with the progress. However, the shortcomings are also obvious, and the use is generally restricted in situations where the state strictly controls the quality of welds.
