Deyang Vocational College of Agricultural Science and Technology is a full-time ordinary college with the approval of the Sichuan Provincial People's Government and the record of the Ministry of Education, and is open to unified enrollment throughout the country. The majors offered by the school are: modern agricultural technology, nursing, rural management, performing arts, facility agriculture and equipment. Guided by innovative education, the college takes the lead in setting up emerging majors in many fields such as new agriculture, big health industry, 5G communication, new infrastructure and new economy. And set up customized classes for civil servant training, customized classes for entrepreneurship, professional undergraduate and postgraduate courses, and fully implement them.

By 2022, the school has more than 20 full-time and part-time teachers, including 4 associate professors, 1 lecturer 10 and 6 teaching assistants. All teachers are dual-qualified, that is, they have clinical work experience and professional titles, as well as teaching qualifications and experience. The ecological, professional, experiential and productive training bases of the college are distributed at home and abroad. In addition to the five major professional training centers, there are tianmashan Agricultural Research Training Base and Laos Rubber, Banana and Tea Training Base in Southeast Asia, including 2,000 mu Cuiguan Pear Base, 20,000 square meters Edible Mushroom Planting Base, nearly/kloc-0.000 mu Flower Gardening Base, 230,000 mu Rubber Forest Planting Base and 30,000 mu Banana Planting Base in Laos.
There are nearly 10,000 mu of tea planting bases and 60,000 mu of rice (corn) planting bases.
