Second, preparation for returning to work
1. Establish a leading group for epidemic prevention and control led by the principal responsible person of the enterprise, and form a special class to be responsible for epidemic prevention and control. Implement 1 As the specific person in charge of enterprise epidemic prevention and control, the vice president is mainly responsible for safety production, personnel control, environmental disinfection, epidemic prevention propaganda, material storage and information submission.
2. Formulate the enterprise epidemic prevention and control work plan, including leadership system, division of responsibilities, investigation system, daily control, logistics support, emergency response, etc. , and clear the employment plan, enterprise staffing arrangements, epidemic prevention and control arrangements, medical observation arrangements for employees, production and living arrangements, etc.
3. Formulate the safety production management plan during the epidemic prevention and control period of the enterprise, and carry out the investigation and rectification of hidden dangers before returning to work;
4. Enterprises should inform employees in key areas such as Hubei that rework is not allowed before the epidemic is officially lifted; Inform other employees outside Shaoxing to return to Shaoxing by stages and in batches, and actively create conditions to take them back by chartered bus. After returning to Shaoxing, all employees will be isolated and observed by the enterprise 14 days before they can return to work;
5. Enterprises should set up temperature measuring points, and prepare a certain number of qualified isolation rooms for the rework personnel outside Shaoxing to observe in isolation, and enterprises should implement pick-up and drop-off vehicles and special care;
6. Enterprises should purchase and reserve protective masks, disinfectants, infrared thermometers and other epidemic prevention and control supplies in advance, and prepare staff epidemic prevention publicity and popularization materials.
Third, the declaration procedure.
1. Enterprises applying for resumption of work shall submit their applications for resumption of work to local towns and streets after completing their preparations for resumption of work;
2. The enterprise applying for returning to work will submit the application materials to the local town street;
3. The local town street joint health department shall review the application materials and organize on-site acceptance;
4. Enterprises and individual industrial and commercial households below the scale shall be examined and accepted by the member units of local towns and streets and the health department, and reported to the district epidemic prevention and control headquarters for the record with the consent of local towns and streets; Enterprises above designated size, construction sites by the local township and street health care departments after the first instance, reported to the competent department of industry audit, reported to the district epidemic prevention and control headquarters for approval;
5. Enterprises applying for resumption of work can only resume work after being approved.
