Application conditions
For the first time, an overseas school that applies for training flight personnel for China's dispatched units shall meet the following basic conditions: the host country is a party to the Convention on International Civil Aviation and has established diplomatic relations with China.
Have a school certificate or equivalent certificate issued by the Civil Aviation Administration of the host country for at least five years. Among them, American schools should be driver schools approved according to FAR- 14 1, EU countries and Canada should have the qualifications approved by the Civil Aviation Administration of the host country to implement the whole process of ATPL(A), and schools in other countries should have similar qualifications, and the specific situation should be determined by the Flight Standards Department.
Having a commercial driver's license, instrument grade and aircraft multi-level training qualification recognized by the competent civil aviation authority of the host country for at least two consecutive years and currently valid; It has the airline transport driver's license and aviation theoretical knowledge training qualification recognized by the competent civil aviation authority of the host country. Experience in providing pilot license training for transport airlines. Those who apply for high-performance aircraft training qualification have more than two years of high-performance aircraft operation experience.
There are at least 10 full-time flight instructors who have worked in the aviation school for more than one year. The school has at least 10 training planes. In the past three years, the flight safety record is good, and there are no flight accidents. Only airlines that meet the following conditions can submit a training letter of intent for cooperation with overseas schools to the Flight Standards Department, and recommend overseas schools to apply for the accreditation certificate issued by the Civil Aviation Administration of China.
