Yu Haibin, born in 1964, doctor of engineering. He is currently the director, researcher and doctoral supervisor of Shenyang Institute of Automation, China Academy of Sciences. He enjoys the subsidy of the State Council government, vice chairman of China Automation Society, director of National Standardization Technical Committee of Industrial Process Measurement and Control, member of ISA of International Automation Society, and director of national and local joint engineering research center of network control system.
