In order to achieve the training goal, standardized training for residents in critical care medicine department was carried out in stages and steps, with a total training period of 36 months. First year: receive basic clinical ability and basic professional quality training. The second year: comprehensive clinical ability training. The third year: comprehensive training in critical care medicine.

The rotation time of the Department of Critical Care Medicine is 12 months, during which two small lectures, two teaching rounds and difficult cases are arranged every month 1 time.
