Tai Ji Chuan, the birthplace of Chen style, is a famous "hometown of Tai Chi". Located in wen county, Henan Province. On the Qingfeng Ridge, five kilometers east of Wenxian County, it faces the Yellow River in the south, and the terrain is high in the north and low in the south. It is said that mountain torrents often occurred in ancient times, and the floods flowed southward to the Yellow River, which constantly impacted for many years. Many ravines of different sizes and depths have been formed on Qingfeng Mountain. The villagers here live near the ditch, forming many villages. Gu Cun's name is named after Gou. Chenjiagou was originally named Changyang Village. Since Chen Buju, a Shanxi native, moved here during the Hongwu period of the Ming Dynasty, the population of Chen gradually flourished, and it was renamed Chenjiagou here. Chenjiagou has three big ditches, Donggou, Xigou and Zhonggou. Since Chen created Chen-style Tai Ji Chuan, famous artists such as Chen Changxing, Chen Fake have appeared in Chenjiagou successively. The mass Tai Ji Chuan activities in this village are also very popular. Men, women and children practice boxing, which is martial arts. They are called the proverb "Drinking old ditch water will make your legs jump". Since the 1980s, the village has held various training courses in Tai Ji Chuan, received a large number of domestic and foreign Tai Ji Chuan scholars, sent many coaches to all parts of the world, emerged many world-renowned Tai Ji Chuan scholars, such as Chen Xiaowang and Chen Zhenglei, and established a training institution in Tai Ji Chuan, which has contributed to the spread of Tai Ji Chuan's skills.
