Kindergarten teacher training subsidy funds shall be settled by the Provincial Department of Finance according to the current training situation, and the annual provincial subsidy funds shall be allocated according to the training plan. Among them, the kindergarten teacher qualification certificate training subsidy funds reached cities and counties; Provincial kindergarten backbone teacher training (including director training, trainer training) funds directly reach the institutions that undertake training tasks. When the actual expenditure is less than the expected number, the provincial finance will settle the subsidy funds according to the actual situation; If the actual expenditure is greater than the estimated amount, the subsidy funds shall be settled according to the estimated amount.

Kindergarten provincial backbone teacher training (including director training and trainer training) subsidy funds standards shall be implemented with reference to the Reply of Zhejiang Provincial Department of Finance of Zhejiang Provincial Price Bureau on Approving the Provincial Training Fee Standard of "Leading Goose Project" for rural primary and secondary school teachers (Zhejiang Price Fee [2008] No.354), and the subsidy funds shall be settled according to the actual number of trainees.

Kindergarten teacher qualification training provincial subsidies, in accordance with the standards of 320 yuan per person, 70% and 50% of the first and second class areas were given subsidies, and the subsidy funds were settled according to the actual number of training after teacher qualification training.

Local financial departments should include kindergarten teacher training funds in the annual budget to ensure the development of local kindergarten teacher training.

Teachers' training funds shall be used in accordance with the prescribed purposes, and no department or unit may misappropriate them. Relevant departments and units shall establish a financial disclosure system for special funds, regularly publish the income and expenditure of funds, and accept the audit of social supervision and auditing departments.
