College English Test Band 4 and Band 6

Candidates applying for CET-4 and CET-6 must be full-time junior college, undergraduate and graduate students, and all kinds of full-time adult colleges and universities. Non-students are not allowed to register. Usually you have to pass 425 points in CET-4 (including 425 points) before you can apply for CET-6. Now CET-4 and CET-6 are basically decoupled from university degrees, but you always need proof of English ability to find a job. Band 4 and Band 6 are commonly used measures. It can be said that CET-4 and CET-6 are partial, but people with good English are never afraid of CET-4 and CET-6. Without issuing certificates, only the report cards also gave birth to a batch of Band 4 and Band 6. I'm really embarrassed to say that I haven't passed CET-4 or CET-6 since I graduated from college.

Fourth, the professional title English test

Professional title English has three levels: A, B and C, and it is also divided into three categories: comprehensive, science and engineering and health. In principle, there is no strict boundary between these three categories. In terms of category selection, you can first ask people in your own unit what kind of professional title to apply for. If the unit has no clear requirements and regulations, it can choose according to its own reality. Anyone who is employed as a professional and technical post according to the provisions of professional and technical posts should sign up for the foreign language proficiency test of the corresponding language and level. The validity period of professional title English test certificate can usually be divided into three categories.

The English test scores of the first category of professional titles are long-term, including Beijing, Chongqing, Inner Mongolia, Anhui, Liaoning (based on the national line), Hunan, Guangdong (based on the national line), Sichuan and Yunnan.

If the English test scores of the second-class professional titles pass the national line, the results will be valid for a long time; Professional title English test scores only pass the provincial line according to the regulations of this province.

The validity period of the English test results for the third kind of professional titles is quite special, including Shanghai (the qualified line is subject to the national line). A certificate is valid for 4 years, B and C certificates are valid for 3 years), Shaanxi (A certificate is valid for 4 years, B and C certificates are valid for 3 years). Pass the provincial line, valid for one year).
