Pre-job training for college teachers in Jiangsu Province is aimed at newly-added personnel engaged in education, teaching and management, including full-time teachers, other professional and technical personnel, administrative personnel and students' ideological and political staff, as well as health technical personnel engaged in clinical teaching in affiliated hospitals.
