The interview of special post teachers is conducted in a trial, lecture and structured way. This paper mainly examines the students' ability to comprehensively use pedagogy, psychology knowledge and modern educational means to achieve teaching objectives, organize curriculum implementation, use teaching language and teaching resources, and the skills of using Mandarin, blackboard writing and classroom demonstration.
