A little knowledge of business ability can't guarantee the quality of appraisal. This requires us to constantly learn and update the existing knowledge structure. With the continuous development of fitter processing technology, the evaluation of this type of work will also face some new changes. How to adapt to this rapid development requires our appraisers to keep learning, supplement new knowledge and master new skills. Our appraisal behavior directly determines the quality of appraisal and the quality of skilled personnel, and the success or failure of appraiser's work determines whether the overall quality and professional level of workers can be really improved, which requires appraisers to change their existing concepts and constantly learn new technologies and appraisal methods. Only by adhering to standards, not afraid of difficulties, respecting technology and strictly observing norms can we become an excellent appraiser. Doing a good job in training and assessment has put forward higher requirements for our business ability. This is especially true for skill operation assessment. I will be at the forefront of knowledge in the future, proficient in theory and skilled in operation. Only in this way can I do a good job in all aspects of assessment according to the assessment requirements, and the assessment process can be fair and standardized.
Two, abide by the laws and regulations of professional ethics and professional skills appraisal.
I will strictly abide by the basic principles of professional ethics in the appraisal work. The professional ethics principle of appraisers is the principle of justice, which points out the direction for our moral consciousness and behavior in professional activities and is the concentrated embodiment of collectivism and serving the people in professional skill appraisal. On the basis of observing the principle of professional ethics, strictly abide by the professional ethics standards of appraisers, that is, love their jobs, fulfill their duties, study technology, strive for perfection, be fair and just, be honest and self-disciplined, behave in a civilized manner and be polite to others.

We have a process of never knowing, getting familiar with and understanding the evaluation work. Therefore, when appraisers deeply understand the significance of professional skill appraisal and consciously perform their appraisal obligations, they will establish a sense of professional honor and responsibility and do a good job in appraisal.

Three, fairness, honesty and self-discipline, do a good job in the identification and evaluation of vocational skills.
In order to ensure the openness, justice and fairness of the evaluation work, in the evaluation process, according to the locksmith appraisal standard, the evaluation requirements are unified, the evaluation technology is standardized, and the evaluation quality is ensured. From the perspective of future development, technicians seem to be a special kind of talents between professional technicians and senior professional operators, with both practical operation ability and understanding of process design and high technology.
In order to give full play to the role of the technician system and further cultivate and select high-skilled talents, the Ministry of Labor and Social Security has made two adjustments and reforms to the assessment standards and methods of technicians.
