1, establish the training purpose, define the training plan, and make the trainees effective.

2. Design the outline and duration of the training plan, and provide the basic structure and schedule of the training plan.

3. Draw up training courses, provide students with a specific timetable, and implement a detailed timetable, that is, the number of training weeks, days and times.

4. Design learning forms to provide students with effective ways to complete the whole learning plan, and adopt different learning forms such as observation, internship, meeting, reporting, homework and testing at different learning stages.
