Part I: Experience of Physical Education Curriculum Standards in 2022 Recently, the Ministry of Education issued the Curriculum Standards of Physical Education and Health for Compulsory Education (2022 Edition). The new curriculum standard will be formally implemented in the fall semester of 2022. As a programmatic document for the development of basic sports in China in the next decade, its appearance has attracted much attention. As a front-line and physical education teacher, I have made a thorough and meticulous study of the new curriculum standards. I think physical education class has the following problems that need to be solved urgently.
First, make clear the requirements of classroom exercise load, so that students can fully "move" and solve the problems of "who doesn't sweat in physical education class" and "students' physical health level has not been fundamentally improved".
The 2022 edition of curriculum standard emphasizes that in the physical education and health classroom teaching of compulsory education, the collective exercise density of each class should not be less than 75%, and learning is caused by individual exercise density, so as to better guide future teaching. It should be no less than 50%, and each class should achieve moderate and high exercise intensity. In principle, the average heart rate of the whole class is 140- 160 beats/minute; Not only is the content of physical education specially set up, but also it is proposed that each class should have about 10 minutes of physical exercise that reflects diversity, compensation, interest and integration, so as to ensure that each practical class has enough exercise load, so that students can get full exercise experience, truly change the status quo of "no sweating" in physical education class, improve the exercise effect of students and effectively promote the fundamental improvement of students' physical health level.
Second, take "teaching, diligent practice and regular competition" as the starting point, build an integrated classroom teaching system of "learning, practicing and competition", truly "teach" students the knowledge and skills of physical education and health, abandon the "three noes" of "no practice, no tactics and no competition", and solve the problem that "most students have studied in physical education class for 9 years but failed to master 65,438,
The 2022 edition of curriculum standard emphasizes the teaching of structured sports knowledge and skills, and requires students to focus on learning knowledge and skills in application situations (such as confrontation exercises, competitions or exhibitions). On the basis of respecting the wishes and needs of students at different levels, it is proposed that students in grades 3-6 should choose at least 1 event from each of the six categories of special sports skills, and students in grades 7-8 should choose 1 event from each of the four categories of six categories of special sports skills, and then implement complete and systematic large-unit teaching for each sports event. Ninth grade students should choose their own sports according to the actual situation of the school and help them learn 65,438 when they graduate from junior high school. In addition, the 2022 edition of curriculum standards emphasizes the use of gamification and diversified teaching means and methods. Through different numbers, times, forms and scenes, as well as various challenges between individuals and groups, students' interest in learning and enthusiasm for participation are stimulated, so that students can experience the fun of sports in the colorful environment of "learning, practicing and competing", so that students can fall in love with physical education and health classes and truly understand, participate and enjoy physical education.
Third, pay attention to physical exercise as an indispensable part of life and solve the problem that "students have not formed the habit of physical exercise".
The 2022 edition of curriculum standards emphasizes helping students to develop exercise habits from the aspects of curriculum objectives, curriculum contents, teaching methods and learning evaluation, and not only emphasizes the development of students' physical exercise, the application of sports cognition and techniques and tactics, the awareness and habit of physical exercise, and the mastery and application of health knowledge and skills. Help students form the correct values, necessary characters and key abilities needed to persist in exercise and lifelong health, and also add evaluation indicators related to exercise habits to the academic quality. For example, the academic quality of level 4 ball games stipulates that "watch at least 8 ball games learned by live broadcast or multimedia every semester, and analyze and evaluate a high-level game". And "use the ball sports skills learned to do extracurricular physical exercise three times a week (about 1 hour each time)", and guide students to actively participate in extracurricular physical exercise and health practice activities by arranging sports health homework.
The new curriculum standard has been issued, but in practical work, implementation is the key. In the process of implementation, we should first improve the quality of physical education in schools quickly and orderly, truly implement the specific content of the physical education curriculum teaching plan, and carry out targeted curriculum reform. There is a great demand in physical education class, and the corresponding demand for our PE teachers is also increasing. For our physical education teachers, we should strengthen our study and training in order to better understand the relevant contents and requirements of the new curriculum standards, better carry out school physical education work, guide students to master sports skills faster, and make the project more interesting ... These are all urgent problems to be solved.
Part II: Experience of Physical Education Curriculum Standards "Physical Education Curriculum Standards for Compulsory Education (2022 Edition)" in 2022 points out that in the process of physical education teaching in primary schools, teachers can help students form good physical character through effective teaching methods, which not only can make students face physical education classroom exercises with a more positive attitude, but also directly affect their future behavior norms and have a very far-reaching impact on their life development. Therefore, cultivating students' good sports character is an inevitable trend to promote the development of physical education teaching in primary schools on the road of educational reform.
Innovatively using information technology to strengthen the publicity and education of sports spirit. In order to make students get more comprehensive development and training in the process of physical education practice, teachers can make rational use of the rich teaching resources in information technology, publicize and educate students' sports spirit in the teaching process, and make students form good consciousness quality under the influence of rich physical education teaching resources. The abundant teaching resources in information technology are used to show students the charm of outstanding athletes in China, so that students can further feel the sportsmanship of national athletes, enhance their national pride, cultivate their perseverance and courage to break through, and establish a great ideal of winning glory for the country, so as to cultivate students' good sports character in the process of physical education learning and accelerate the efficient completion of primary school physical education teaching tasks.
The innovative use of sports games has subtly standardized the classroom behavior of primary school students. In order to effectively cultivate primary school students' good sports character, teachers can play corresponding sports games according to primary school students' psychological characteristics and physical education teaching content, activate the learning atmosphere in physical education classroom, and let students consciously regulate their behaviors in the games, thus helping students to form positive values and realize the effective cultivation of students' sports character.
Innovatively utilize the advantages of national traditional sports to cultivate primary school students' sports character. Moral education infiltration in primary school physical education can help primary school students form a correct world outlook, outlook on life and values. First, by explaining the touching stories of outstanding athletes in China or letting students watch international sports events, we can shape students' patriotism and cultivate their feelings of home and country; The second is to make full use of the advantages of national traditional sports and cultivate junior high school students' sports character. National traditional sports is one of the carriers of China's excellent traditional culture, which contains national spirit and national feelings. By studying and practicing national traditional sports, let students undergo the baptism of national culture; Third, by creating teaching situations or through training, sports meetings or sports competitions, students can realize the importance of persistence, courage, self-confidence and unity and cooperation in sports activities, and gradually form sports spirits such as self-esteem, self-confidence, tenacious struggle, pursuit of Excellence and transcendence and sports character of unity and cooperation.
Seize the opportunity innovatively and cultivate the physical quality of primary school students. Innovative classroom teaching evaluation, fine integration of sports characteristics. Classroom evaluation is mainly to help students find their own shortcomings in physical exercise, so that students can improve in time in the future physical education learning process. In order to realize students' all-round growth in physical exercise, teachers must attach importance to the improvement of classroom teaching evaluation, capture students' various behaviors in class, give targeted praise and criticism to students, stop students' bad habits in time, amplify students' positive energy in physical exercise, enhance students' ability to distinguish right from wrong, and help students form positive values. Through the improvement of classroom evaluation, students can form correct evaluation standards, learn to be strict with their own behavior norms and form positive values, thus ensuring the efficient completion of the task of cultivating students' good physical education quality in primary school physical education teaching and promoting the efficient development of primary school physical education teaching.
Through the author's teaching practice for many years, cultivating primary school students' good physical quality will help students to study more deeply and improve the quality of physics learning. At the same time, it can also make students form positive values, become high-quality and high-ability compound talents needed by social development, and achieve the expected physical education teaching effect in primary schools.
Part III: Experience of Physical Education Curriculum Standards In 2022, Physical Education and Health Curriculum Standards for Compulsory Education (2022 Edition) was released, and the industry responded fiercely. As a front-line physical education teacher, it is our top priority to study this edition of curriculum standards seriously. Compared with the previous curriculum standards, Curriculum Standards (2022 Edition) has changed significantly, strengthening the educational orientation of the curriculum, optimizing the content structure of the curriculum, formulating academic quality standards, enhancing guidance and strengthening the connection of learning links. Establish curriculum objectives closely with core literacy, and make clear that the starting point is to develop students' sports ability, healthy behavior and sports ethics. We also found that five aspects of health education are also written into this edition of curriculum standards. In my opinion, this is a leap from sports to real sports and health quality in physical education class. In addition, an interdisciplinary thematic learning module has been added, which solves the problem that each subject is in its own way and learning is useless. It is helpful to realize the organic combination of physical education with moral education, intellectual education, aesthetic education, labor education and national defense education, and promote the all-round development of students. Especially in the implementation of the concept of "church, diligent practice and diligent competition", teachers and students are guided to promote practice by competition and learning by competition, and learning, practice and competition are integrated.
Part IV: Experience of Physical Education Curriculum Standards in 2022. The Ministry of Education issued the Curriculum Standards of Physical Education and Health for Compulsory Education (2022 Edition). According to the requirements of the new curriculum reform, through teaching practice, I gradually adapt to the requirements of the new curriculum reform and have a certain understanding of the new curriculum reform. Let's talk about some experiences in the practice of new curriculum reform.
First, renew ideas and raise awareness.
1. Firmly establish the guiding ideology of health first. In physical education teaching, starting from strengthening students' physique and improving their health level, we should express the three-dimensional health concept of body, mind and society, and realize the goals of sports participation, sports skills, physical health, mental health and social adaptation.
2. The new curriculum standard expresses the people-oriented idea. In other words, physical education teaching should proceed from the development of students, from the reality of students and from the needs of students. According to the guiding ideology of the new curriculum reform, physical education teaching is no longer teacher-centered, but student-centered, and students are the main body of learning. Learning is a process of experience reorganization and re-understanding. In this process, students are autonomous learners. When students come to school, they should not passively accept knowledge, but actively construct knowledge. 5. Actively develop school-based curriculum and explore the teaching content that students like and conform to the characteristics of the region, the school and teachers themselves. It should be pointed out that the development of school-based curriculum is a collective behavior of the school, that is, under the unified leadership of the school principal and the guidance of the school academic affairs office, according to the school-based curriculum development plan.
Second, the practice process.
1, understand the students. After freshmen enter school or take over a new class, they should start with introducing the goals that teachers hope to achieve, study classroom routines with students, conduct teaching surveys, understand students' hobbies and sports foundation, and finally set learning goals.
2. Make a teaching plan. According to the survey of students and the new curriculum standards of physical education and health, the teaching plan for the school year and semester is determined.
3. Initially determine the evaluation plan. According to the requirements of curriculum reform and considering operability, the evaluation scheme of sports and health is preliminarily determined. For example, regular assessment, after students learn a new sports skill, organize students to conduct assessment, and the teacher scores.
Third, some experiences after the practice of new curriculum reform.
1, the classroom is no longer a stage for teachers to perform, but a stage for teachers and students to communicate and interact. In the past physical education teaching, teachers firmly dominated the classroom, students were always led by teachers, and the classroom atmosphere was very dull. In today's physical education class, the teachers you see appear in front of students as guides, organizers and collaborators. Students are the main body of the classroom, and all teaching activities are carried out around students. Under the guidance of teachers, students learn through independent, cooperative and inquiry learning methods. In physical education teaching, students' enthusiasm, interest, motivation and atmosphere have improved, and the classroom has really become a stage for teachers and students to learn together.
2, the classroom is no longer a place to train students, but a place to guide students. It is a common phenomenon in our classroom to equate training with teaching and regard training as the main behavior in the classroom. This phenomenon ignores students' subjective initiative and individual differences, and physical education teaching needs practice and more interest. In the past, teachers asked students to learn physical education, but after the new curriculum reform, it became what students had to learn.
3. The classroom is not only a place to impart knowledge, but also a place to explore knowledge. It is the expectation of the times to let students learn to learn, master learning methods, form the habit of constantly seeking knowledge and cultivate the consciousness of lifelong learning. The purpose of our physical education curriculum reform is to cultivate students' awareness and habits of lifelong physical education, and also to let students appreciate the value of physical exercise and firmly establish the concept of lifelong physical education.
Four, some problems encountered in the new curriculum reform:
1, leaders pay insufficient attention to the problem. Influenced by exam-oriented education, primary and secondary school teaching focuses on main courses, and non-main courses are not paid enough attention. The attention of leaders is often just shouting slogans, which are rarely implemented. For example, taking part in all kinds of training at all levels, Chinese, mathematics, foreign languages and other courses can often take part in provincial and national training, while non-main courses such as physical education are mainly district-level training. Even if there are provincial and national training, it will be shirked for various reasons, which will greatly dampen the teaching enthusiasm of physical education teachers and is not conducive to the development of physical education.
2. The improvement of physical education teachers' own quality. Nowadays, many physical education teachers, especially young teachers, do not attach importance to physical education learning and refuse to spend time studying teaching materials and teaching methods. The stagnant level of physical education teaching is not conducive to the development of itself and the discipline.
3. People-oriented, encouraging and praising the students cultivated in this atmosphere has many advantages, but it also inevitably lacks frustration, arrogance, self-righteous personality and even extreme modesty. It is a long way to cultivate students' excellent ideological quality by using physical education teaching.
4. Lack of sports equipment and venues. At present, many schools, especially rural schools, are far from meeting the teaching requirements. Although urban schools have met the teaching requirements, there is not enough space to use these devices. For example, in physical education class, four or five classes are held at the same time, and students occupy most of the playground, so it is difficult to carry out throwing engineering teaching.
