Party member is determined to attend the training of the Party School within five years. Party and government leading cadres at or above the county level have participated in the training of party schools (administrative colleges), cadre colleges and other training institutions recognized by the cadre education and training management departments for a total of three months or more than 550 hours within five years; Cadres below the department level shall participate in training for no less than 12 days or 90 hours every year; Different types of cadres reach a certain training rate, training participation rate and per capita full-time training and online training hours every year.
