Rhythmic body language is the only brand-new sport created by China people in the Aerobics and Rhythmic Gymnastics Branch of University Sports Association. Through rhythmic hand patting, foot stepping on the ground and rich singing and shouting, the effect of music performance is created. At the same time, it also combines different dance action elements to integrate the beauty of music, sports and dance.
Taking Rhythmic Body Language as the main teaching material, we can feel the rhythm and rhythm of rhythmic body language, and reflect the integration of sports and art from the tapping of different parts of the body.
Use the teaching mode of "healthy sports and self-creation" to fully mobilize students' learning enthusiasm and develop their thinking creativity. Cultivate students' personality and ability.
Through flexible and diverse teaching methods, we can stimulate students' interest in learning, guide students to develop their potential, and let every student experience the pleasant feeling of exercise, health and happiness in learning.
Rhythmic body language is not only a sport, but also a good means of education, especially in cultivating students' sense of team and collective honor. ?
Rhythmic body language does not need music to practice and perform. Practitioners regard the body as a musical instrument, mobilize the participation of the body to the maximum extent, and stimulate the most primitive and pure potential of each practitioner.
Rhythm body language was founded by China University Sports Association, so the first batch of training targets were college teachers all over China. In August, 20 13, rhythmic body language training courses appeared for the first time in the national training courses for professional teachers, referees and the latest prescribed routines sponsored by aerobics rhythmic gymnastics branch of China University Sports Association.
In this training, nearly 100 college teachers from all over the country participated in the training, and other project teachers also contacted and learned about rhythmic body language projects through conference videos or watching outside the classroom.
