1. The applicant must be an enterprise, institution, private non-enterprise unit, organ or other organization registered in Nanzhang County;

2. The applicant must be the business license issued by Nanzhang County Market Supervision Administration that year;

3. The applicant shall provide an effective training demand analysis report and training application plan;

4. The applicant shall submit valid certificates such as tax registration certificate, unified social credit code certificate, social organization registration certificate and institution legal person certificate within the year;

5. The applicant shall provide valid proof of the training fund channel;

6. The applicant shall provide an effective list of training funds;

7. The applicant shall provide a valid training fund payment voucher;

8. The applicant shall provide an effective explanation on the implementation of the training plan;

9. The applicant shall provide proof of the implementation results of the training program;

10. The applicant must provide a valid training benefit certificate;
