Certificate nature

The only issuing institution of engineering surveyor's certificate is the professional skill appraisal guidance center of the National Surveying and Mapping Geographic Information Bureau. This certificate is issued by Beijing National Surveying and Mapping Geographic Information Vocational Skills Appraisal Guidance Center. There are only vocational skills appraisal stations in all provinces, but there is no issuing agency.
