The training certificate of railway chief supervision engineer was issued by Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security. Those who pass the professional qualification examination of supervision engineers shall be awarded the professional qualification certificate or electronic certificate of supervision engineers in People's Republic of China (PRC) or China by the administrative departments of human resources and social security of all provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government.
