On the other hand, intensive training is a systematic training based on regular education, which is more targeted, systematic and effective, and has an irreplaceable role in regular education.

Activists who join the Party are recommended by the Party Committee (* * * * Youth League Committee), studied and determined by the Party branch committee or the Party branch meeting, and are targeted for development in a planned way.
